The trend: Bangles
Why it's big: Oversize bangles definitely played up the sleek shape of mod, sixties-inspired dresses and prints on the runway, but they make a chic addition to any outfit.
How to wear them: The more the merrier! Pile on three wide (or five thin) bangles for maximum impact. You'll find many options from thick, brightly coloured plastic to wood, silver and gold choices. Not sure which style to go with? Don't worry – any and all will work, no matter what the occasion.

The trend: Big detailed bags
Why it's big: A large bag with interesting details – such as a faux-reptile texture or a shiny patent trim – was huge this season. Our favorite part: It's the perfect catch-all for packing away the necessities of life: wallet, makeup case, snacks for the kids.
How to wear it: When it comes to picking a bag, a light, neutral color that goes with everything is your safest bet. And unlike brilliant white, beige or tan options will hide stains easily. In terms of shapes, anything goes, from slouchy hobo bags to more structured ones. As for size, go big or go home – just make sure it's not so large that it overwhelms your frame.

The trend: Strappy flat sandals
Why it's big: When ballet flats feel too covered up and flip-flops feel too casual, the gladiator-looking sandal fits just right, combining comfort and style in one.
How to wear it: Strap these on with jeans, slim cropped pants and knee-skimming skirts and dresses. Metallic gold and silver styles add a little sparkle and are as wearable as a neutral. If you have thicker ankles and calves, make your legs look their leanest by choosing styles with fewer straps – they'll draw less attention to your leg and more to your pretty, pedicured feet. (Hint, hint, ladies.)
