Minutes 1-2: In the shower, use an exfoliating scrub or mesh sponge to deal with dry patches and bumps. Massage in circular motions.

 

Minutes 3-4: With a pumice stone, give the soles of your feet a light buff.

Minutes 5-6: Grab your razor – shaving is the quickest and cheapest way to smooth legs. Exfoliate before you shave to help reduce ingrown hairs.

Minutes 7-8: Once out of the shower – and while skin is still damp – slather on a rich body cream to seal in moisture.

Minutes 9-10: Whether it's January or July, if you're heading outdoors, protect exposed skin with SPF 15 or higher.
