Linda Yaniszewski appeared to have it all: the working mother of three teenagers was the president and CEO of her own company, ExecuScribe in Rochester, NY. Yet she felt absolutely miserable. “I worked 80 hours a week and didn’t have dinner with my kids before 9 o’clock every night. When we went on vacation, I used to spend the whole time on the phone.” Yaniszewski set out to restructure her business so she could spend more quality time with her family. She cut back her work hours to 40 a week, committed to being home early for dinner and focused on getting more R&R on vacations. “It was the best decision I’ve ever made,” she says.

Surprisingly, even in today’s time-strapped world, it’s easier than you think to feel good. Here’s what you can do today to keep your mind, body and spirit in top shape.
